Gurpreet Kaur Sodhi
- Founder & Lead DEIA Consultant
Gurpreet brings over 30 years of experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, ethnocultural outreach, and media relations. A Sikh Canadian raised in a small Ontario town, she integrates her lived experience, including growing up with dyslexia that went undiagnosed until university, to build empathy and understanding into every engagement.
Her work spans strategy, coaching, training, and the creation of toolkits that help organizations put inclusion into practice.
- Developed the IDEA strategy and toolkit for CNIB GTA Hub, expanding to national workshops
- Formerly with the Ontario NDP Caucus, connecting with racialized workers in unions
- B.A. and M.A. in Indigenous Studies, Journalism Diploma, certifications in Anti- Racism and Diversity & Inclusion
Brittany Manu
- DEIA Associate
Brittany is an advocate for inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, and racial justice with over 15 years of experience. She is the Anti-Racism Policy Consultant at the TTC, a spoken word artist, and a former board member for Community Living Ontario.

- Former Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee at Community Living Ontario
- BA in Health Sciences and Psychology, with certifications in anti-racism, diversity and inclusion, and hiring for decolonization
Keya Osborne
- DEIA Associate
Keya’s lived experience of losing her sight shaped her path into disability advocacy. She is a passionate advocate for racialized and disability communities, and brings a rare depth of lived and professional insight to accessibility work.

Nicole Yovanoff
- DEIA Associate
Nicole brings over 25 years of experience in public service, political organizing, and community engagement. She takes a practical, relationship-centred approach to advancing equity.
- Senior roles with the Ontario NDP, developing ethnocultural outreach strategies
- Coordinated community engagement and coached elected officials and staff
